Making a privacy request

You can ask about the personal information Dutiva holds and, where applicable, request access, correction, or deletion under PIPEDA and Quebec’s Law 25. Send these through the “Privacy request” category or to privacy@dutiva.ca — they’re handled separately from ordinary support.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Please don’t attach identity documents to your first message — we’ll provide secure instructions if they’re needed.
